このたび、マーク・テレアとともに共同キャプテンを務めることになりました、彦坂です。
チームのみんなと一緒に汗を流しながら、互いに高め合い、最高のチームをつくっていきたいと思っています。
そして選手・スタッフはもちろん、日頃からチームを支え、応援してくださるすべての皆さんとともに、最高のシーズンにしたいと思います。
今シーズンも、温かいご声援をよろしくお願いいたします。

I’m honoured to be named co-captain alongside Mark Telea this season.
And I’m looking forward to working hard together with the boys, pushing each other to improve, and building the best team we can. Together with our players and staff members, as well as everyone who supports and is involved with the team, I hope we can make this a truly great season.

As a leader, I want to help guide the team in a way that puts us in the best position to achieve the results we are aiming for. Last season was my first year with the team, and I gained a lot of valuable experience throughout the season. I want to take those experiences and the lessons we learned into this season and use them to help us continue to grow both as a team and as individual players. One of our key focuses is to keep improving, regardless of age or experience. Whether you are a younger player or a more experienced one, we all want to keep developing our game and becoming better players. As a leader, I want to lead with that mindset while continuing to grow and improve myself as well.

チームのリーダーとして、我々が目指す結果を出すために、自分なりの形でチームを引っ張っていきたいと思っています。昨シーズンはトヨタでの1年目の年でした。その中で多くの経験を積み、さまざまなことを学ぶことができました。その経験や学びを今シーズンに活かしながら、チームとしてさらに成長し、選手一人ひとりがより良いプレーヤーになれるよう取り組んでいきます。年齢や経験に関係なく、若手もベテランも、それぞれが自分のプレーを磨き、成長し続けることを大切にしていきたいです。自分自身も成長を続けながら、リーダーとしてチームを良い方向へ導いていけるよう努めていきます。
