JR東日本グリーンウォリアーズ東葛より、退団スタッフ/新加入スタッフについて発表がありましたのでご紹介します。

この度、ボリス・スタンコビッチコーチが退任し、ハイランダーズ（SR）に加入することとなりましたのでご報告いたします。

■ボリス・スタンコビッチ　コメント
As I prepare to leave Japan and begin the next chapter of my coaching journey, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to both NEC and JR East for the opportunities, experiences and support they have given me during my time here.
I would also like to sincerely thank all of the players, coaches, staff and colleagues I have had the privilege of working alongside both past and present.
I can look back on my time in Japan with great fondness, pride and happiness. I have been incredibly fortunate to work with so many wonderful and talented people who have challenged me, supported me and helped me grow, not only as a coach but also as a person.

While rugby has always been at the centre of my time here, the relationships and friendships I have made will ultimately be what I value the most. The lifelong friendships I have formed with my Japanese and foreign friends, players and colleagues are something I will forever cherish and be grateful for.
Japan has been a very special chapter in my life. I leave with so many wonderful memories and with enormous respect and appreciation for the people who have been part of this journey.
To everyone at NEC and JR East and to everyone who has supported me and welcomed me during my time in Japan, thank you sincerely.
I will always look back on these last 5 years with great affection and gratitude, and Japan will always hold a very special place in my heart.

日本を離れ、コーチとしての新たなチャプターを迎えるにあたり、NECとJR東日本双方から在任中にいただいた数々の機会、経験、そしてご支援に、深く感謝を申し上げたいと思います。また、過去から現在に至るまで、共に仕事をする機会に恵まれたすべての選手、コーチ、スタッフに心から感謝申し上げます。
日本で過ごした時間を振り返ると、たくさんの愛着と誇り、そして幸せを思い出します。素晴らしい、才能にあふれた方々とここまで仕事をすることができ、本当に幸運でした。皆さんから多くのチャレンジや支えを受け、コーチとしてだけでなく、一人の人間としても成長することができました。
私の日本での日々の中心には常にラグビーがありました。ただ、最終的に最も大切に思うのは、ここで築くことのできた絆や友情です。日本人・外国籍の友人、選手陣、同僚の皆と築いた一生涯の友情は、これから先もずっと大切にしていきたく思います。
日本での時間は、私の人生において本当に特別なチャプターとなりました。素晴らしい思い出を胸に、この旅路を共にしてくださった皆への大きな敬意と感謝とともに、日本を離れます。
NECとJR東日本の皆様、そして私を温かく迎え入れてくださり、支えてくださったすべての皆様、本当にありがとうございました。
この5年間を、これからも大きな愛と感謝の気持ちを持って振り返ることでしょう。日本は、これからも私の心の中で、いつまでも特別な場所であり続けます。

ボリスコーチは、NECグリーンロケッツ東葛時代からクラブとともに歩み、多くの選手やスタッフから信頼され、愛される存在でした。今回のハイランダーズへの挑戦は、私たちにとって誇らしいニュースである一方、少し寂しくもあります。これまでクラブに注いでいただいた情熱と献身に心から感謝します。
ボリスコーチはいつまでもグリーンウォリアーズファミリーの一員です。新天地でのご活躍を心より応援しています！
